The HNSSPFC Board of Directors is made up of members representing state agencies, private business, education, nonprofits, religious organizations, child care providers, parents and members of the General Assembly. The governing board provides oversight and develops policy for Smart Start programs and services. The board is also responsible for ensuring Smart Start accountability.
We are seeking active members to serve on our Board of Directors. If you or your organization are interested in “Building Brighter Futures” for young children, ages birth to five years, in the Hertford and Northampton counties, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you to make a difference.
